I contacted Polly to fix my pond as it was a mess before. She and her team has done a fantastic job and they are not just pond builders but people with passion who are doing their job which I like the most. I recommend to any one who wish to do any job involving pond or fish tanks. I wish every success to Polly and her team in the future on their work.
I had contacted Upstream Aquatics to get my garden pond cleaned. Polly was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and helped in rehoming large fish from my pond. Both Joe and Polly were thorough professionals and did a great job of a thorough deep clean of my pond and gave some useful tips on future maintenance. Polly also helped me in selection of some new fish and aquatic plants for my pond. I highly recommend Upstream Aquatics for your pond maintenance
Clearing out my garden pond after 18 years of semi neglect was not for the faint hearted, but Polly worked really hard to restore it to its former glory - and rescue all the resident newts, frogs and other pond life in the process! She is reliable, very knowledgeable and full of helpful ideas and suggestions. I was delighted with the result and will certainly be using Upstream again - and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others! An excellent service!
Polly was amazing and listened to what I wanted and gave advice where needed. She is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and that I was happy. Wit is definitely recommended Polly to set up a tank from scratch and was very helpful with my problems I had. Will definitely be using Polly again to help maintain my beautiful tank.
Polly helped us set up our very first tank and her support has been outstanding! Knows her stuff and quickly adapts to customer's needs in providing the best advice. Deeply passionate about fishkeeping and plants, she has gone above and beyond in helping us through crises and being there to promptly respond to all the questions we inundated her with. Highly recommended for amateur fishkeepers and also other who are looking to improve/ upgrade.

We needed urgent advice for our koi fish: one of them was very sick and we simply couldn’t find out why. A friend of us has recommended Polly, no doubt why! She came in the hottest day of August and took great care of our fish and pond. Polly gave us very helpful advices and information. Upstream Aquatics is a company I would recommend without hesitation. Polly has now done 2 tasks for us, the first involved deep cleaning of our indoor aquarium and restocking, the second a thorough clean of our waterfall and pond, both of which were very much in need of attention. Both tasks have been achieved to a very high standard for which we thank Polly sincerely. Always happy to give advice, Polly has shown an in depth knowledge of the world of Aquatics.
I was very impressed with Polly’s dedication. She came to clean out my poorly maintained pond and was very efficient and patient in answering all my many questions, bringing all her required equipment with her.
