Called into store to buy a new fridge freezer for my mother who isn't in the best of health. They guys in the show room were very helpful on the evening before delivery I was sent a text message with a 2 hour time slot, The driver on the day was great with my mum he got the new fridge freezer into place for her and the service of collecting the old appliance saved a head ache of contacting the council. Will be back great service.
Awful company. First, the delivery guy they send will not bring the appliance into your home. They will just leave it out front, and be on their marry way. So unless you are someone who can lift an appliance alone or have someone help you I would think twice before ordering from them. When we opened the packaging we realized the dishwasher was damaged. And it wasn't just a little scratch or something, it was so banged up you couldn't open the door. The polystyrene packaging wasn't damaged at all, which means it was packaged up neatly after it was damaged. After messaging them about this not once they apologised for the inconvenience, they just told us they don't have another one so we will get a refund. How hard is it to have an apology template done you can just copy paste from, so your customer feels like you care just a little bit? Now the best part: When they collected it they sent the same guy who is not willing to enter your property. So you actually have to stay home another day to lift it for them. Needless to say I will never order from them and I hope you won't either.
Excellent service throughout. From ordering my four items . Friendly staff with plenty of knowledge. Delivery was within the two hour time slot and all four items were placed in the room I needed them to be in. Delivery driver was very polite and took care when he delivered the items. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Bought a fridge last week , the delivery men wheeled the new appliance into my kitchen and they took my old appliance away, the delivery service was excellent. The sales team and delivery team are excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended
Ordered a fridge freezer, received a call to say I could have it delivered sooner if I was available, couldn't have asked for a better service as it was then delivered the following day and was put right into my kitchen. Will definitely be returning the appliance shop.
Firstly, the you tube video shows appliances you can ‘touch’. Not any more, the business has solely moved on line. All appliances in store are packaged up. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, however if you, as we were, hoping to compare actual appliances, forget it.
Do not buy from this retailer, had a fault with appliance and retailer refused to contact the manufacturer due to gdpr they said even though it was within 12 months, very annoyed as I work in retail and that is incorrect.
My dishwasher had broken down for the third time not bought from here. My husband ordered a dishwasher from appliance shop, it was delivered same day!!!! I was given a time slot of delivery. The driver was friendly, very chatty and took the dishwasher to the kitchen which wasn’t an easy task. The member of staff I spoke to over the phone before ordering the dishwasher was extremely helpful. If I ever needed an appliance again I would go here. Excellent service and customer services.
Not happy as I got the gas hob out of the packaging it was scratched and I got told to ring AEG who told me I had to pay for a replacement.
Superb service I would highly recommend them . Regular updates & texts along the way . Thank you guys your a very professional outfit .
