Great store and great staff. No idea why the reviews for this place are so poor, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences every time I’ve been here (including two times for repair/ warranty work). Keep up the good work!

Very disappointed Apple, why is it so hard to try and speak to someone about offering group information to potentially 8 purchasers of your iPads who need to know the accessibility options on your devices. Eventually after several attempts over the week to speak to someone "in the back office" who transferred me and then I was cut off! I thought inclusion was high on your values? I am a tutor and will now find it hard to recommend you.

Absolutely shocking service. I took my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement. During the check-in I informed the employee I had a third party battery and he said this wasn't a problem and even noted it on the job order. I then returned 1.5 hrs later to collect the phone only to be told it couldn't be fixed as the battery was a third party and they can't even touch phones with third party batteries in. If that's the policy then fair enough but why wasn't this mentioned when I highlighted it on arrival. They didn't even offer an apology. Shocking customer service to a loyal Apple customer.

Decent people who work in-store but sadly they have over complicated the whole experience. I had to complain to get seen as I could clearly count at least 6 staff standing and talking amongst themselves. I would give a zero star but it doesn't allow so a 1 star from me.

Awful service, avoid.
Walked with wife hoping to buy an Apple TV 4K and an Apple Watch. I had some questions on Apple TV, approached a senior chap who has lots of grey hair (didn’t get his name), he was simply standing around doing nothing and chatting to his colleague, who was also doing nothing. He told me, go to sales, anyone near the front of the shop. So I went, patiently waited and asked for assistance and kept getting ignored. My wife was booked for an Apple Watch tryout, and also got ignored.
My wife complained to the coordinator, saying that we are tired of waiting and we are leaving, all he said was ok, no problem, and shrugged his shoulders.
Appalled with the attitude, my wife and I went to complain, the same guy with lots of grey hair shows up, I said I came to you for help and you sent me to the front, he lied in front of others and said I got you help and you left to the front, when I asked you to wait at the back.
Another chap making the bookings tried to help seeing our frustration and asked if we wanted to see someone now, and I simply said, no. It’s fine, you just lost two sales. And left the store.
If I could I would rate it zero stars. There are many Apple stores with better service, but this one is appalling, reading through other reviews, I am shocked that nothing is being done about it.
