Fantastic! When you have questions they are patient enough to explain them very clearly. They made me aware that I could claim back the cost from my contract provider and gave me the option to consider upgrading with Apple at anytime. They weren't too pushy like some sale representatives might be elsewhere. It's best to book an appointment just in case

Great staff. Assisted me with my query effectively and in a professional manner. Staff are nice to talk to and give good clear guidance with apple related products.

Efficient service with knowledgeable staff, book in advance to get your time slot before visiting. If you are in town all day you can just pop in to arrange an appointment waiting time of about an hour but the staff will take your mobile number and text you 10 minutes before you are due to be seen, so you can carry on shopping without waiting around, nice touch Apple.

If you want Apple products then this is the place to visit. Every current product is on display and you can try them out for as long as you want. Store staff are plentiful,do not intrude unless you ask, and as you would expect are knowledgible in their products. They also run many free courses to show how to get the best from your Apple devices.

This apple is a shame. Manager is just shameful! My iPhone isn’t working properly the calls are working dropping and the WiFi is always dropping! They say that this is a problem that happen with some of the phones and is not fixable, but because I have a scratch on my back camera they can’t do nothing? Apple is known for Their costumer service and this is shameful! How is possible that because I have a SCRATCH on my camera they say that they will not give me a solution (the phone is still on the warranty) I don’t understand how is possible that Apple don’t put responsible people on charge of their shops. Worst service ever!! Paid £700 for a phone and less than an year have problems still on warranty and they don’t do nothing because my camera is scratched!! What is a costumer supposed to do when manufacturers don follow the warranty? Shameful!
