Really helpful knowledgeable sales staff who take time with you without being pushy.  I had my own booth with whatever amp I wanted to try various guitars. There's a huge selection of guitars.  Great shop.

Wow!!     Wide eyed as you enter. Wall after wall of beautiful guitars you want!  Absolute treasure trove for guitarists. Instruments across the range to suit every pocket are in stock. Young, friendly, energetic, knowledgeable staff make you feel totally at ease. Will know stuff you dont!  Give you all info you need. No hassle sales. They help without intruding and only want to sell something that suits. Friendly blokes that know about construction & quality.  Casual but VERY professional. VERY IMPRESSIVE STAFF. Nothing is too much trouble.  All around store comfortable seats to sit & play. You are encouraged take your time & to try/play to make the right choices. Worth the trip. Deals to be done also. We got some freebie strings. Big store choice with personal service. I can't rate them  highly enough.

I troopered the storm yesterday to go and try out a couple of boost pedals I was thinking of buying and was greeted by a bunch of friendly faces and a cuppa tea! The staff were really helpful and very accommodating. I tried an extensive range of pedals and bought what I was looking for and more. It was a great buying experience with excellent customer service, if buy from there again and think you should experience it for yourself too! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸

I recently bought a top of the line eastman guitar. Things went badly with the pickup system and went from bad to worse. None of this was the fault of the seller but all through the process Glen made sure everything was made right with frequent updates without me having to chase him...a refreshing change. In the end Glen had the whole system replaced and the guitar gone over with a fine toothed comb by his tech and it sounds better than when I first tried it. Can't recommend them enough.

Most awsome place for guitars and accessories the staff is just too good and polite they look after you really really nicely I don't normally give 5 Stars but these people are exceptional from management to shop floor level extremely helpful and honest
