What a fantastic team at Anthony Martin, so helpful, even when it didn’t seem like selling my house was going smoothly. The stand out member of the team is without any doubt Tan. He has everything you would hope for in an estate agent, honesty, integrity, respect, so much so that a downside of selling my house is that I no longer get to talk to Tan who is a thoroughly top gent! Thanks to all the team for helping me sell the house, and I thoroughly recommend them to sell a house for anyone.
HI All, Disappointment. Despite having received confirmation that we definitely secured the house, they canceled the process. As a result, I lost the other rental option I had. Even though they didn't provide any information about the deposit, they informed me that I didn't pass the financial check and didn't refund any of the deposits I had paid. I cut my vacation short and returned to the UK to complete this process, and since I've returned, I've still been looking for a house because of the agency. I've been trying to get my deposits back for about 10 days and haven't even received a response.
Cant thank everyone at Anthony Martin enough for selling my 2 homes quickly, brilliant communication at all times and nothing was too much trouble. When purchasing my new home I had regular updates from them before my solicitor called. Wouldnt have been able to get my dream home without them.
When people do an excellent job they should be praised for their efforts. This is why I am writing this review, Tan and the rest of the team were very professional, giving advice that was both helpful and accurate, allowing for a very quick sale at the right price for the current market, Thanks again for your efforts, we are very happy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony Martin, Swanscombe branch for buying and selling your property.
