Absolutely the best estate agent in Kent! Very professional, experient and competent. We were searching for a home for over 2 months and with Town & City homes the process was easy and straight forward. We are so pleased with our new home and we believe our landlady is as well. Nigel always tries to find the best tenants possible and ensures a smooth process for both tenant and landlords, making sure the job is done for both. Would highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Deep never failed to answer our calls or call us back within 5 minutes of a missed call. We had to complete a sale in a very short amount of time and I believe Town and City Homes did their very best to make the transaction go through as quickly and smoothly as it possibly could. Can’t think of anything they could have done better or were lacking in.

After getting the news that our landlord was selling up after 12 years we were in a very daunting position of trying to find a new home. After searching high and low we found a property to rent through town and city homes. We met  Deep at the property for a viewing fell in love with the house and the rest is history. I do not think it could have gone any smoother cannot recommend this company enough. Deep  made what we thought was going to be a stressful time easy mate you truly are a man of your word and a gentleman thankyou so much.

I cannot fault Deep, Nigel and Luke for their handling of the sale of our house.  it went live on a thursday and sold within 24 hours.  Deep was always available to answer any questions we had and was more than helpful throughout the whole process.  i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, ever. We had a previously gone with a better known estate agent thinking it would be a better service and in 7 months only had 4 viewings and no offers. When we marketed with Town and City Homes we had 3 viewings booked within 1 day and an offer recieved on the same day.  Deep was completely honest and transparent with us from the start as to what was achievable in the current market. The photos and video taken were outstanding and I have no doubt it was due to the quality of the marketing that we sold so quickly.  Luke and Nigel were equally professional and helpful throughout the whole process.
