Excellent service from Godfrey re: the purchase of a used Audi A5. He quickly arranged a test drive and once I had decided to buy all the paperwork was sorted out quickly. This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Anthony Betts and I always get a great service.
As a Private hire driver for Bristol City Council. I wanted to purchase a Suzuki Across to save money on fuel. I had contacted 5 windscreen companies about having the rear doors glass replaced with green glass not tint as Bristol won't license vehicles with tinted windows. All 5 told me it's not possible. Also spoke to a few dealers who told me the same. Then phoned Anthony Betts Hemel Hempstead and spoke to Ifti Khan. Told Ifti I had a nation wide company looking for the glass and if they can find it I would purchase the Across they had for sale. Ifti phoned me back a day later and asked did I have any luck with the search for the glass and told him "no luck yet". Again the following day Ifti phoned to say he had found a supplier for the glass, which was a massive shock as the professional companies couldn't locate the glass and the other dealerships. He kept me informed for when the glass was being delivered and when it was being fitted. He took photos of the car with the new glass.Then arrarranged a date and time for when I could collect the car. I found Ifti to be a genuine professional and found he went beyond helping me in any we could. So happy with the Suzuki Across. I didn't think it was possible to locate the glass but it was all down to Ifti. So any of you potential customers reading this review, go to Anthony Betts as they go beyond helping you get what you want. Big thankyou to Ifti.

It was time to change my wife’s older Swift. She liked the car so much she wanted another but newer. Andrew was great, was able to sort out a great deal for us. He found the colour and spec we wanted. And between Andrew and his manager Simon they made the whole process from beginning to end very easy. Really liked the family like feel from the dealership something you don’t get from some of these larger dealerships. Thank you guys

Bought my car from here a few weeks ago and am so happy with it. I dealt with a guy called Sam and felt the customer service was amazing not just from him but from every staff member there, No pressure put on you at all to buy, a very friendly atmosphere. Felt I was offered an exceptional part ex price whereas most car garages try to rip you off. Honest & genuine. Also can’t fault the after care they are more than happy to help whereas most places once your out the door they don’t want to know. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks once again! Alannah :-
Had a pleasure of purchasing my car from Anthony Betts Hemel. From the moment I booked a test drive, Andrew showed outstanding customer service. He was very knowledgeable on the car i was interested in and answered any questions i had. The prices here are great and he even sorted out some damage to the alloys free of charge! I have left a very happy customer and will be reccomending these guys to family and friends!
Just taken delivery of my new used car from Anthony Betts Hemel Hempstead. Am very pleased with the quality of the car and the service throughout the process. Salesperson Alex was clear and helpful but there was no pressure selling. I am not local but found the business through a search for my preferred model availability at dealerships and RAC approved showrooms. It was worth the travel. The car is great and I would not hesitate in recommending this supplier. Customer service is outstanding.
Bought a Land Rover Disco Sport 7 months ago from here. Excellent service provided and took out the recommended additional RAC warranty. Had a 4-wheel drive issue which was covered within the warranty and the after sales customer service was brilliant! Callum very helpful, booked in no problem I was ready for challenge as is usual with some warranty claims and was updated on the car status before picking it back up having had a full valet which I didnt expect. A helpful salesman even came out the showroom when I arrived to give me the keys so I didnt have the trouble of waiting or asking anyone! Really good focus on the customer and product quality. Highly recommended.
