We cannot fault these guys! Having recently used them for a wheel repair, we experienced nothing but polite, helpful & knowledgable staff. From first stepping in the door to picking up a well repaired, cleaned car, the whole process was smooth and faultless with our bill even coming in at our hoped amount. A pleasure doing business with them. We would not hesitate to return should need be.

Been a customer for over 15 years have always received excellent service during this time. Had various vehicles over the years and all have been looked after first class by a brilliant team from reception to the back room.

Been at De Lisle for an MOT check. My car failes the MOT test and they offered the repair service. I have told to the customer service assistant that I need to know how much it will cost ro know if I can afford or not and we agreed for a follow-up call next day in the morningto give me a quote for full price . Nobody called me until 11:00 am and I decided to go and check what is going . Once I arrived there one of the employes was parking my car in front of the service. When I asked the same person that I spoked over the phone the previous night about the full price quote they told me that the car is already fixed and I have to give them £300.00. I wonder if I could not afford to pay what was going to happen ? The car was fixed with no problems after but Not happy with the customer service there is bad communication beetwen the colleagues.

The worst customer service that old miserable lady that work at the reception she so rude and stupid and im never going back or recommend anyone that I know
