I already had finance sorted to buy a car, I was looking round for a decent reliable car that would benefit me for work and life. I came across JMS Autos and found a fantastic car with great mileage for age and price. When I first went to view the car it was a wet day but the welcoming friendly staff made it better. As I already had seen the car I want I spoke to rob and he got the keys straight away and asked if I would like a drive. Very friendly and would definitely recommend to friends and family to seriously look at the cars in stock. They are helpful, kind and they made sure my car had full mot, it and I noticed a few little scuffs on the alloys and they have agreed to sort this for me which really is amazing. I also wanted to change my pick up day and they even waited after hours till I picked up signed and drove away. I have been some car places in my time but these guys made it great to deal with. No hassle and stress free. They have bargains and would say to all that read go have a look and talk with the guys. Excellent service, after service and always friendly n helpful.
Excellent customer service from Jamie. I bought a car from Jaime it was a good deal. A few months down the line the ignition barrel was playing up. Jamie is true to his word he got it sorted and fixed without no questions asked. I will be buying my future cars and will always recommend him as he is a trustworthy business man.
I was recommended to JMS AUTOS. After reading their outstanding reviews. I felt at total ease to buy my first car. I was greeted by Rob & Jamie on arrival, who was so friendly, absolutely lovely guys! I would highly recommend this company! Bought a lovely little VW Polo as my first car back in August. Very quick and easy transaction, drove away only a couple of days later. Any questions I had were answered and any little bits that we asked to be looked at before we took it home were happily sorted. Had a few issues with the car at a later date but these were all quickly resolved without hesitation, and to a high standard. Would definitely buy from them again.
Had driven passed the dealership several times, always keeping an eye on stock and recently spotted the exact car we were looking for. Very quick call back after initial enquiry via the website. Jamie was really helpful and even stayed late to allow my wife and I to view the car. The whole experience was quick, easy and a genuine pleasure. Jamie is a proper gentleman and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bought a 56 plate Civic from JMS autos a few weeks ago and extremely pleased with it so far! Rob, Jamie and Sean are all true gents and very quick to sort out any issues that I had to be expected with any used car. Prices are very reasonable and a good selection, by far the best used car dealership I have dealt with and would happily recommend!
So despite having no deposit the team held the car for, even called me on Sunday to confirm that I would still like the vehicle, They also stayed until late to accommodate me visiting the showroom to see the car in person. All members have been great and defiantly recommend to friends and family, you do not get customer service like this at your local ford, Vauxhall garages, The Team at car trader take time to understand your situation and also your circumstances Keep up the good work : Happy days
Have just returned from JMS Autos after purchasing a VW Polo. I am very pleased with the car and very happy with the service i got. James was very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble, even getting offered a good price for my old car. Will definitely recommend to others and will certainly go back again when i change my car. It was a very good buying experience.
Really lovely guys. We went in for finance, and got accepted straight away, even though I have bad credit. Really easy process, very professional, and what I would call gentlemen. The car is lovely, I was offered a professional clean, and for the car to be MOT and help with taxing and getting a quote with my insurance on the car. Couldn't have asked for more. If I ever needed a car or a car wash again I would highly recommend.
