The warranty these provide is not worth the paper it’s written on or the money! Any chance they have to get out of paying for a repair they take, my van was off the road for 13 days! Sat in a garage for 4 days while waiting for these to say yes or no to carrying out the repairs, they never contacted me or their approved repairer, I spent endless amounts of time phoning them to find out what was going on with the repair to my vehicle it took until 16:00 on Friday after me ringing them at 14:00 and being told I would be called back within the hour which never happened I had to ring them for me to be told they had refused my repair, at which point they still hadn’t contacted the garage I was left to do that I am self employed and rely on my van so by this point I had already lost a weeks earnings, I then had to get the vehicle collected from their approved garage for the repair to be carried out at my local garage for a cheaper cost I was charged £25 by the garage for him diagnosing the fault of which these refused to pay so left me out of pocket even more than I planned, when I went to the garage on Monday to make the payment they decided at 11:00 to contact the garage and advise them they had refused the repair, despite trying to tell me the garage was notified Thursday morning, I will be cancelling my maintenance package with them as the money it’s cost I might aswel or burnt very poor communication and will do anything they can to get out of paying for repairs would Not recommend to anyone
