Does a very standard job. Not very caring or customer focused sometimes cuts corners when tidying up, inflating tyres properly or topping up with oil. Replacement cars unheard off.

Went to visit the garage for a new cooper S after reading the reviews online. The sales executive Alex was polite and professional hence I placed an order for a new car. This week I requested to order upgraded stainless steel pedals and footrest and was shocked by the extortionate quote. Having done some research online the parts should be no more than £160 and suggested fitting time is 30 mins on mini official website. But the quote suggested they are charging £110 for 30 mins labour! As I have spent a lot of money with the garage already and they would have to tune and install the exhaust prior to collection, one would think they could install the pedals at a more reasonable cost. Overall the whole experience was mediocre.
