Great place to visit outdoors. We visited for a walk and my 4yr old loves to explore new places. Loads of history attached to this part of Manchester and a great place to visit.
One of very few open spaces in Manchester city centre, probably appreciated more by locals than visitors. A small green space but interesting history well put across with informative notice boards and area of grave stones at the SW end of the park.
Fascinating to try to grasp the horror of the place as it was 150 years ago.
This park has a amazing history the connection with Manchester and the industrial Revolution is fantastic, the ragged school is just facing the park ,all amazing history a must visit .
Its a nice bit of space in the summer To sit A bit small but also a nice walk through
Nice place to chill in the summer and the history is fantastic, well worth reading up on before you go.
An historic park surrounded by new developments and restored buildings.
A small park just by Green Quarter and Noma. Currently some building works happening around the edge of the park so it is a bit noisy at the moment. But it is a lovely sun trap with lots of established trees and flower beds, and it is in a handy location as it is next to a Co-op and the Angel Pub.
