Absolutely appalled by the service of these agents. I contacted them about a property I saw on right move and having not responded I called them to arrange a viewing. After nothing was actioned by them after multiple calls, I finally got an email in my junk folder that I could view the property. However, on the morning of the viewing I got an email to say the viewing could no longer take place. I called the week after to try make another appointment and they said they would call me back, again, after numerous failed attempts to view the property, someone said the property is now tenanted, I told them that I thought it already was but the landlord was selling, the lady on the phone said she would check with her manager and call me back. Surprise surprise, she never did. Would not recommend using this agency...

Not responsive, appalling company. We have an ever growing list of issues we have in the property and they ignore all all emails that we previously were told to contact them through. They haven't even issued or asked about another tenancy agreement.

Very poor service. Our house sale was dumped on the Prenton branch when the Bromborough branch was suddenly closed  A planned closure we weren't informed of when we agreed to sell with Andrew's a few weeks earlier. From that point on communication was appalling. Ourselves, our buyers, our solicitors and other agents in the chain all complained that the Prenton branch were not communicating well ie. Not returning calls and emails. It was only when our buyers got so frustrated that they threatened to pull out that we started getting phone calls. By this time we had given up on Andrew's and were only talking to our buyers agents and our solicitor. We wrote a letter of complaint to the owner of Andrew's via email, surprise surprise,  no response. The sale eventually went through thanks to our solicitor and the agents acting for our buyers and the house we were moving to, BAO. We very reluctantly paid the commission in the end based on the fact that Steve at the Bromborough branch did find our buyer sadly now made redundant, although the Prenton branch nearly lost them. If this review persuades a few potential buyers to avoid Andrew's estates then I'll be happy with that. AVOID!

AWFUL.  called them every day for 3 days to arrange a viewing. Promised a call back 3days running that never happened. When I managed to speak to someone, the property I was interested in was already sold.  Absolutely rubbish.

Really disappointed with Andrews in Moreton. I called one Saturday afternoon after a house in Rosslyn Drive. The phone immediately hung up.  This happened 5 times. I then called using the Rightmove and Zoopla direct numbers and the phones rang out with no one answering. I then messaged direct and no one has bothered to respond! Woeful service from this agent.

Called to rent a property and was told i would be emailed the appropriate forms by Monday at the latest this was a Saturday which never happend, after reading others reviews I decided not to bother dealing with then as it seems to be typical of them.

Site I found was useless, Prenton office

Dreadful web site , that just about sums it up !
