Place was dead at 5pm. Food was alright but for 15 entree it was not enough. Portion was just not enough for the price and the naan was just one plate size piece for 5 pounds. I would find somewhere else.Food: 4/5
very nice food and service. everything was excellentFood: 5/5
Food was below average.. not worth the price at all. Paneer tikka for £17 ?? What a joke.. And billing process was also weird.. the waiter asked us to pay cash but we wanted to pay online.. but he wanted cash.. it was just weird. Weird weird weird. Still insisted on paying cash. Also, he didn't let us keep the bill. Never had such bad+expensive Indian food anywhere.. not even in India. DON'T GO!
We were the only ones in the restaurant while there for dinner which should have told us something. The food was adequate, but not as flavorful as we are used to garlic naan was doughy and no garlic for example. The waiter kept coughing in his hand, spitting in the sink and picking his nose in our view while we ate and he brought over our food…little to say this diminished our appetite.
Excellent Indian restaurant with authentic taste. Soft tasty chicken and cooling Lassi is the best combination in London. And this is genuine review from an educated customer.Food: 5/5
Amazing food, great service, they've been super friendly even if I was just alone being the one preventing them for closing.Food: 5/5
love the food, it tastes awesome. Like local curries . The spice is about right!!!!! And the rice is fresh and sweet The waiter are nice. Got free milk tea at the end!!!! Definitely gonna come sometimes if free.
£147 for lunch for 2 people. Cash only as there was a ‘problem with the WiFi connection.’ Illegible handwritten bill. Going by their own menu online, our food should have come to no more than £70 maximum before a couple of beers and coffee each. The food itself was clearly pre-made and the house special was just a generic base sauce with some curry powder. Do not be fooled by the fake positive reviews. An absolute disgrace of a place.
This place is a fraud. He wanted to show me an ATM to get cash because they didn't accept credit card because their internet went down. The waiter was squirrelly about the prices and total cost, and he was extremely pushy about having us order more food than what we really wanted. I estimated that we were probably overcharged by 20%, in spite of the "discount" he supposedly gave us for the inconvenience of having to get cash. I would never use a random ATM to get cash but went to an actual currency exchange on the main street to covert my dollars to pounds. Don't even stand near their door. We were looking at the menu of the place next to them, but the waiter was really, really pushy to have us eat at his Indian restaurant. Lesson learned. Never go eat at a restaurant if they are extremely pushy at making you go in. That means they have no business or are frauds. Food was actually good though, on the plus side. This was lunchtime, and no one was in there but us for the entire time of our meal and my two trips to the currency exchange. Since he grabbed the check away from us and I couldn't understand his English very well, I didn't get enough cash the first time.
The place is quiet small and neat. The management has made its best to create an Indian atmosphere inside London vibes. When you get in the restaurants, you will be welcomed with a nice smile with Indian music playing at the background. I prefer to sit at the window table as you watch people walking by outside the Restuarant. Menu is rich with selections. The waiter makes all the time by passing on the table to ask of all is ok and food is nice. I enjoyed the curries and the blend of spices. The only comment I have was the rice that was not to my expectations. Indian rice in other restaurants is better. Other than this it was a good experience.
