If I could've then I wouldn't have given this a star. I have now travelled a 35 mile distance to this location 3 times to be told on arrival that it is shut, despite the website and Google stating otherwise. Each time I have arrived earlier and earlier to try and catch a game of bowling before they shut the tills. Normally I would take it on the chin, leave disappointed and drive the aggravating 35 mile trip back home (forgetting the cost of the fuel also). However, I arrived tonight almost 3 hours before closing time to be told that the tills had been counted and they were shut. The very snottish lady behind the counter didn't even offer an apology or an explanation and I now have to drive the 35 mile trip home AGAIN but this time with a very disappointed and upset 4 year old. We tried making her happier by playing some arcade games, but of course the change machines were also turned off. Within the very little time we were there we witnessed the lady who had previously been extremely rude, laughing and running up and down the bowling alleys. I am extremely disappointed with this bowling alley, especially after hearing such good reviews from others.

What great food, we love going here. Unfortunately mid week Tuesday after 4pm, low amount of staff, could tell by waiting time for service. I found after the wait, once food order was made, it was cooked and out fast. The table cleaning and pudding took alot longer, with the youngest having to wait while we had ours. . Thats the only down side, but food was gorgeous as per great chefs and amount.

Good at night with the darkness and cool light, had some snacks hear too great menu. Good all-rounder

Great fun place for a whole family! A lot of games and machines on top of the bowling and party packaged. On site bar, restaurant and toilets. Helpful staff, great atmosphere 👍
