Alton Towers

The staff have been fantastic, going above and beyond to accommodate, food was tasty in secret garden, entertainment was good and abundant, rooms clean and comfortable in Alton towers hotel. Things to improve, food is very expensive and portions small, 2 hour wait for food from booking in (although a free drink was offered for the delay) signage in winter time when changes are made to entrances is poor, very noisy in sleeping areas, could staff be more vigilant and ask people to keep it down? (Would be appreciated after 10pm). Water park is amazing and absolutely worth a visit just on its own. Would definitely return

Stayed at the Cbeebies Hotel. Very well set up for kids. Rooms are excellent. Stayed in a bugs room. Food is where it let's itself down. Had a family share burger platter - meat was tough, and not enough wedges. The service was also very slow. But all in all, a great day out!

Alton Towers is fantastic. It might be quite a long way from one end to the other, but that isn't much of a problem. The landscape (especially with the towers) is absolutely beautiful and many of the rides are also fantastic. The only issue i have is that there is currently only one flat ride (Enterprise) so they need more variety of rides

So much to do!!! Due to digital oars displaying times you can plan your route accordingly if needed. Plenty of food and drink areas. Stayed overnight twice now and had 2 days in the park each time which is well worth it to get round all the rides. Rooms and decor are lovely. All you can eat buffet style meal was great selection as was the breakfast. Very nice stay with or without young children as there is something to keep everyone entertained.

It's always hit and miss with Alton Towers. It's either full to the brim or it's packed to the rafters. It's definitely worth going as a single rider to do all the rides in one day. Some of the coasters still offer that adrenaline rush even after going 50 times. Great parking as you'd expect, and I recommend taking your own food. The food on site is a very good quality but you'll pay premium prices. Also get there early to avoid the mad rush
