Amazing service. The staff all very kind. Sorted us out in and out within an hour. Only down side was the people coming to A&E for things that people should go to the doctors for. Must be so frustrating for the staff. Also not to forget the lady in X-ray . Thanks to all.

Utter joke. Sitting waiting for hours even when theres no one else to be seen, never update you with why its taking so long either. Its quicker driving to Cramlington.

The nurses were very helpful and nice,the hospital is very clean and not over crowded like the ones at home
