Trailfinders sold me a travel insurance policy underwritten by Allianz. I had to make a claim. It has taken 3 months so far. A payment was allegedly sent weeks ago but hasn’t arrived. Allianz are virtually impossible to speak to on the phone and they have terrible reviews on Trustpilot. Trailfinders really shouldn’t be recommending such a poor insurance provider to their customers. Allianz need to be investigated by the authorities for malpractice

been on hold for 54 minutes trying to speak to a claims handler never waited this long real poor service had to give 1 star to post this
