BOA swimming pool is nice. There's a slide in the small pool that my grandson loved. It is beginning to look a bit in need of tlc. Also I didn't like the communal changing rooms with no option for a separate cubicle as it was very busy and not very private for changing. Staff are friendly, and the place is clean and cleaned regularly.
Very badnnThe pools water was very yellow, the shower water made my whole body sticky and itchy. I feel spits on my face appearing from the pools water. And to top it off I am positive they used Chlorine water for the shows for urs smelled like they did.there are holes all over the ceiling and will I was getting changed I thought that someone could easily look over or open the door. There is a limited amount of changing rooms and I had to wait for ten minutes to get changed in a room by myself. There where spiders in the corners and I think I heard a rat. The staff were quite rude as we went to come in and they said “ok just go wait over there” in a rude way after I tuned back to look at them I cause them giving us a wired stair the floor in the changing rooms were descusting as there were mud and dirt EVERYWHERE I wouldn’t recommend this place would not come again. I went there for a relaxing swim and I thought as I was in the adult pool there would be know children/baby’s but to my suprime baby’s where screaming and a lady was not taking good enough care for her child. The vending machines where massively over priced and there is a open window for people to watch you swim. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TI THIS POOL AGAIN EVEN IF THEY SAY IT IS BETTER. DO NOT COME!!!!!!!

Nice local pool. A small pool all one depth that a 5 year old could stand up in and a larger pool for older children and adults. The swimming teachers I have had for my children are lovely.nUnfortunately the process to put your child on the waiting list for lessons can be difficult and rather unclear. There is not a lot of information about approximate waiting times, how to put children on a waiting list for lessons and discussing needs of children. There seems to be a lot of irregularity between different people in the time length between putting children on waiting list and getting a place. Could be done a lot better.nEdit 2022: there is a useful online portal which makes it easier now to move your child up stages in lessons.
One of the places where the kids and adults are happy and feeling themselves.nSometimes it is hard to book a place, but overall it's excellent.nWell done to the team .
