Today, I had a distressing encounter with the manager or assistant manager. They made racist remarks, falsely accusing me of intending to launder money just because my NFC declined and a customer offered to help. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation by returning home to retrieve my card, the manager or assitant manager refused to acknowledge his mistake.

I like the Aldi near my home but I won't be travelling further to this one again. Products on shelves with no price sticker underneath so you've got to go to the checkout to find out the cost, poor stock of some products, and no self-scan checkouts so you have to queue longer.

Initially went to Tesco literally opposite this store but the produce was terrible, fresh goods were, quite frankly, bad and it was expensive even with the club card! So a short walk away was Aldi. Not too sure of the layout but staff were friendly and helpful. A fair range of goods. Although it looks like a good size store, some ranges like pet food were limited but essentials were a plenty nonetheless. Reasonable prices and obviously competitive with Lidl. We liked it for a change. Shelves were well stocked and fresh produce was fresh OR reduced if short date.

Helpful, friendly staff. Great prices and free car parking. There is a good selection of world beer and wines. Can't fault it.

Like aldi for shopping not as impressed as Bedworth or nuneaton. Staff were friendly.
