Let's just say the staff are a credit to the store. Excellent service from floor to check out!nNice, clean and so friendly just what you need when you can't get around so fast.nThanks Lidl.
Shop is great but had an umpleasant experience with a rude serving assistant. She had to rip open my polythene bag to count the figs God knows why as you could see how many there were and when I asked for another bag, said I had to go into the shop myself to get another one. No customer service skills at all.
Surprising selection of very good quality vegan products especially the beetroot burgers and lots of great value items. The store is seemingly endless and even has a fresh bakery on site. The cashiers are particularly chatty, friendly and helpful which made it an even nicer experience. They also have a Lidl app that allows you to get various free gifts and collect points.nI'll be doing a regular shop here. However, currently in July, there is a lot of charcuterie meats that aren't ideal if you are vegan as its a bit graphic.
Great shopping experience, staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for your weekly shop, especially the bakery. Mmmmmmmmm
I was actually on my way to the train station to drop my son off from Leicester and popped into LIDL on my way back.nIt was a shame I was in a rush as it is a beautifully sized store and I can spend longer in there. Ample parking and it was quick enough to get through the tills, which I found really nice as that's always a big queue in Leicester
