Not a discount store, it sells own brand and foreign brands at lower prices than the big 4. Excellent products, great value-for-money deals. Highly recommended.

Shopped here several times and mostly had to queue at the tills as only one or two open. Went in two weeks before Christmas for a few items and made my way to the checkout and as I arrived it was announced that the till was closing. The manager looked at me then looked at the only other two tills open, which had queues at them, he then looked back at me and said that the till was closing. He expected me to walk back down the shop from till 7 to either till 1 or 2 and join another queue. I didn't, I left my shopping and walked out. Customer service is zero in this shop and I will not be going back. I have worked in retail and you never close checkouts when you have queues of customers and you certainly don't make customers move to another checkout when they are already waiting at one.

Decent amount of stock and produce and a nice open layout, however there tends to only be two tills open at the most so queues get very long during the day. Would recommend for quick shops though as the prices are good for value.

Major discount supermarket. Although the prices are less than those in the so called Big 4 the quality of the goods does not reflect this even their own brands rival those of the major producers.
