Use the store regularly, and always been pretty happy with the service. There never really seems to be enough available staff though, with invariably a wait at the till while some flustered member of staff struggles to keep the ship afloat with little help or support. Today however having done half my main shop I discovered there were no delivery time slots left and I had to abandon my shop completely - this was at two oclock in the afternoon - this is becoming quite common now. Time slots are filled very quickly leaving a poor or inconvinient choice. I've always supported this shop but I'm beginning to feel that my loyalty may be somewhat misguided - as of late!

Local Car Park, Store stocked full of wide choice of good food @ low prices.

Having visited for the first time was less than impressed with the management of staffing. Joined a queue which spread half way down a long aisle. The poor shop assistant behind the till continued to ring bell for help with no response.I waited my turn with her apologising for 20 min !! Having left store to car park at rear noticed manager talking to a lady outside and 3 members of staff smoking out back.Told lady who seemed to be manager of situation and she shouted to staff to help !! Why is staff outside when should be inside serving and helping customers. Don't think I will be returning.
