It's ok, generally has everything I need, not always the most comfortable environment to shop in my I go there in that knowledge. One thing you MUST do when buying fresh produce is CHECK THE BEST BEFORE DATE ON EVERYTHING. A few times I've been and got home and noticed things were out of date. It is a bit annoying when you go first thing, the staff as still stocking the fresh produce shelves and there's pallets everywhere making it hard to get to things - but I understand someone complained about their night deliveries, so they had to deliver to them later, so it's not necessarily Aldi's fault.
The loudmouth woman on the tills tonight really needs some training on customer care. Shouting at the customers is not doing Aldi s reputation any good.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! nSTAFF ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.nMOCKING AND UPSETTING MY 81 YEAR OLD DISABLED GRANDMOTHER BECAUSE SHE USES A WHEELCHAIR.nMANAGEMENT WERE INFORMED AND THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.nABSOLUTE JOKE THE LOT OF YOU!
No complaints with food, other than check best before dates. But some staff very rude, and absolutely no need for it.
The woman on the til shouting at everyone at 16:25.n“Wouldn’t dare open another til at this time on a Sunday”n1 human checkout open.nAll the self service checkouts closed.nCustomer service is not this woman’s forte I think she needs a new job!
