This is a complete new build on the site of the old Homebase . The site was completely cleared , regraded and landscaped.The new building has all the features of the ALDI brand.nAccess to the store has also been altered as there is now a footpath entrance from Kirk lane .This leads across the car park and designated crossing points to the main entrance .. The vehicle entrance from Kirk lane has been widened as well as the access to the car park .Footpath access has dropped kerbs in place for wheelchairs and pushchairs .There are 6 Disabled parking bays immediately outside the entrance/exit . And mother and child spaces to the left as you face the store . The area has been tastefully landscaped and the trees are also part of the layout .nThere is a zebra/pelican crossing nearby across Kirk lane .There is also a bus stop nearby .nThe sale of goods and the consequential packing of ones trolley is different to our uk norm but we’ll get used to it and save money .nShopped today late and enjoyed it !!! Staff are well trained and even saw some familiar faces .Had a lot of help at the till .nAlso noticed disabled toilet in the corner to left of tills . Thanks ALDI.
A fresh and fair range of products, Friendly team of staff. Unique discounts mechanism. Some days you can't believe the discounts for certain selected items. Spacious car park with dual EV charging points.
It is what it is... sometimes decent offersn.staff are good..I just hate to navigate around boxes as there stocking shelves and people stand and talk
6pack pet food, shelf edge label says £2.99.....scanned at £3.29, when I pointed this out, the customer is WRONG, how many other items scan wrong at this shop, check your receipts at this store !
Meat is alot cheaper. Than the main supermarkets save a few pounds.
