Booked one double and one twin room, arrived at the hotel only to find we had two twin rooms despite me showing the lady at reception my booking clearly stating one double and one twin room. Got no apology whatsoever. Had to pay another £10 for dog (used to be £5). The WiFi didn't work and only let me log in via Facebook. Both the rooms booked had interconnecting doors to other rooms (not to each other) so I had to listen to the shouting couple next door (presumably drunk). I feel totally robbed having paid over £160.
