I recently visited Alberts and would describe the overall experience as okay. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, with a modern and clean interior that creates a comfortable setting for a meal. The staff were polite throughout, and the food was presented nicely, which added to the visual appeal of the dining experience.nnHowever, there were a few aspects that detracted from the visit. Firstly, parking was quite limited, which made arrival a bit stressful. Secondly, while the menu looked promising, I was disappointed with the Full English breakfast—it didn’t meet expectations in terms of taste and quality. Additionally, service was quite slow; we experienced a long wait before our drink order was taken, and even longer before the food arrived.nnOne point to note is the 10% discretionary tip automatically added to the bill. While the table service was fine, it was not exceptional, and I didn’t feel it justified a set gratuity. Overall, a decent visit but with some areas for improvement.
Great restaurant staff very friendly service outstanding. Food was delicious. We sat in the restaurant but next time will try the outside eating area. Only problem is the parking as it’s a very busy place you will need to use the surrounding roads as the car park fills very quickly.
Perfect Spot for a Night OutnHad dinner here with friends and everything was exceptional. The staff made great recommendations and really knew their stuff. The short rib was out of this world, and the desserts? Don’t skip them. Easily one of my favorite meals in recent memory.
Great service, delicious food and enjoyed the atmosphere.nThe drink service was quick and the wait between courses was perfect. I personally had the Malayan chicken which was so tasty. Very much recommended.
Absolutely shocking!nBland and wet steak. Drowned in butter..nA random ball of something on the top of the steak.nMash with garlic cloves on?!nRandom spring onion I’m guessing for decoration.nabsolutely awful.nTo spend over £100 and receive this quality of food, we were highly disappointed.nWon’t be returning.
