I used to love this pub and went in 4 times a week. I stopped after the staff said the "regulars" were allowed to get drinks after last orders but everyone else was not. A few months later i gave this pub another chance (not a big enough reason to stop going) so i buy a pint and walk to the smoking area to meet a few friends. When i walk out i see an ex bar staff slapping one of my mates. There was a few of his mates in the corner laughing, i take another glance and there was one of the CURRENT bar staff with them condoning this behavior. Apparently it would be wrong for me to knock everyone out so i left it. I go to the white horse the next day to inquire and they do nothing. The regulars are ruining it's reputation i have seen some of them let of fireworks and abuse other visitors because they know they can get away with it.

Took my parents here a few times when they've been visiting. Great service, food is nice and staff are friendly. No complaints at all
