I had lip fillers in December, I was very nervous as it was my first time. She used 0.5ml and I told her I did not want the 'duck lip' or 'Cheshire cat look' - she originally made me feel at ease and told me she couldn't give people this look. She applied the filler and I got back home (hours travelling). I didn't really swell much at all and my lips weren't really sore after either. A few days passed and by this time my lips looked exactly the same - except I had 2 lumps either side of my FACE between my upper lip and my nose.. I went to a specialist in my home town and they informed me there was NO filler in my actual lips.. I was so upset as all I could see when I looked at myself was puffiness above my lips - resulting in me feeling like a cat when I smiled (the look I didn't want), baring in mind my lips were still small, no fullness or volume in them at all - 0.5ml should 100% give me some sort of volume when applied correctly. I emailed Michelle and she told me she would review my email and reply within 72 hours... 72 hours passed and nothing, another week passed and still nothing, knowing I was sat here upset with a look I DID NOT WANT she still did not reply. I had to ring her Clinic numerous times and re send my email twice before I got a reply - which was careless and basically made me feel like her thoughts on the matter was 'tough luck', she then told me I would need a further 0.5ml to make my lips fuller, and she just ignored the fact I told her there was NO FILLER in my actual lips as this was also confirmed by another Nurse. I then asked for a refund of my £199 or even a voucher as I could not afford to travel back there at that point whilst looking like this and pay them further for a mistake she made whilst applying the filler - the only replies I got is 'we do not do refunds' - not even a sorry. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. All I wanted was volume in my lips which is a result I did not get, which I should have got with even the lowest amount of filler. If I wanted filler in my FACE that is what I would have booked in for. I sent her numerous photos as I live quite far away from Liverpool and traveled purely for my treatment, I explained I could not afford to go back for a review but she could see in my photos what I was explaining - I said I would be in Liverpool in March/April sometime so would she consider a voucher for then so then at least I am getting my moneys worth in my LIPS that I wanted as it was a mistake on their behalf (I have now had the filler in my FACE removed as I was walking around so upset and embarrassed) and she has now resulted in ignoring my emails again. Awful service. No apologies at all. If you are considering getting lip fillers do not waste your £199 + on Aesthetically you, once they have your money that is it they do not want to help you one bit if things go wrong. You would have thought spending that amount of money it would be a good result. Wrong. A mistake made on her behalf and that's it I have to deal with it myself and lose my money that I paid.

Today, at 33 years old, I had my first ever skin treatment (in fact, my first EVER treatment/facial - as I’ve never been to a clinic or salon before). I told this to the consultant and she was amazing. She explained everything I needed to know about how the skin works, how to look after my skin and exactly what the treatment would do. We discussed my expectations and she listened and took everything on board. I left Aesthetically You feeling great, armed with information on how to care for my skin... I definitely will return, I have full confidence that they will never over sell anything to you. I felt like they genuinely cared about making me feeling better about myself and getting the best out of my appointment. Genuinely impressed - not sure why I put this off for so long!

Love Aesthetically you, I've had my lips done several times by Michelle and wouldn't go anywhere else. She makes you feel so comfortable when you come in and is so fast and efficient at what she does. I would recommend anyone thinking about lip fillers to go to Michelle mine look so natural and everyone comments on how you wouldn't even know! I have now recommended other people to come to Michelle I was that happy. I always look forward to coming back.

I highly recommend Michelle at Aesthetically You! I came earlier this year for lip fillers feeling very nervous and unsure about it, having had no previous cosmetic procedures and reading all sorts beforehand, however Michelle made me feel at ease from the second I arrived and throughout the whole experience. It was pain free and the results were fantastic, so natural and just what I wanted. Her service was second to none and I will definitely be returning soon, thank you!

I first went to Michelle after a bad experience with a different practitioner. I immediately felt calm with Michelle as she was extremely comforting and friendly. She advised me on the best procedure for my lips and I have been going to her ever since. My lips are amazing, the shape and fullness are exactly how I wanted and there are no lumps. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone!
