I went for a full day ultimate experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My full body massage and facial treatment were really nice, enjoyable and relaxing. I recommend it highly. And because of the ladies working there I give 3 stars.nBUTnThe facilities require deep clean. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. When you lay with your face down for quite a bit you can really asses condition of the floor and it seemed it wasn't cleaned for ages.nOutside space was a total mess, like there was a party and noone bothered to put the chairs and tables back on it's place. I know it's winter and you are probably not expected to sit outside, but still... Mould in the showers - this is really a quick fix. I recommend a mould paste from TikTok for £5. Seriously not sure why the showers look so bad.nAnd the last bit...I was given a mouldy/rotten tomatoes for lunch... I don't even know what to say about that, as lunch was part of the package and the most expensive one. Don't even get me started on state of the coffee machine. I guess there is room for improvement.
I had the Reawakening Treatment with Kate yesterday. From start to finish, she was wonderful and the treatment was divine. She told me what to expect, asked my preferences and checked in with me a couple of times during the treatment. My body felt super relaxed afterwards.
We absolutely loved our spa experience. Beautiful spa one of the best we’ve been too. Staff are brilliant. Facial was amazing! Hot tub was lovely and tapas really tasty. Our first time here but we will definitely be back.
Absolutely fantastic place . Lovely staff , lovely food and the Swedish massage from Zoe was the best massage I have had ! Highly recommended and will be back !
Had a lovely massage today from Lucy. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and the massage really helped with the tension in my back. Thank you so much
