If you are a first time mum / parents and looking for the perfect pram, look for further! These guys are so clued up and knew everything possible about baby items! Even my due date! This shop has so many different rooms with different themes such as prams, nursery ideas/furniture, next to me’s, baby gadgets! They made the whole pram experience so easy, we had picked the perfect pram within the first 30 seconds of walking into the shop, however we still did give all the other prams a good pram test before making the final decision. Looking at prams / car seats can be so daunting when first time parents but the demonstrations provided were so useful and they made sure we understood before making our decision. Then… 5 months later we collected our pram bundle set! Had a refresher demonstration and we were off! We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you for all your help.
Fantastic with lots of variety of Prams. Very helpful and informative staff but not pushy salesmen! We were left to explore and play until we asked for help. Not shown the most expensive on the books but shown what we needed to suit lifestyle. Never rushed and was able to walk away and make our own decisions. Very helpful with different payment options. Sorted any queries/issues with manufacturer on our behalf for us. We went to other stores but found this store the most knowledgeable, chilled and pleasant experience!
Couldn’t recommend enough. I had every intention of shopping around for my pram and car seat but the extensive options and wonderful staff meant I didn’t want to buy from anywhere else. Fast forward to picking up our purchases and even though we had already paid the fantastic service continued. So very helpful and informative. Thanks again!
Adorable Tots is an exceptional pram store! Konrad, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and provides a really good customer service. What sets this place apart is their genuine approach - there's no pressure to buy. We purchased the Cybex Balios S Lux Cloud T bundle and were impressed with how the staff fitted the car seat and base, along with teaching us how to use it and fold the pram. Highly recommend for all your pram needs!
Went to collect my purchase today and a refresher of how to work it all I can honestly say this is THE best shop to buy anything baby related from. There knowledge is unrivalled and the range of products is amazing. The owner who helped us was one of the most genuine helpful friendliest men I have met glad I found this store truly amazing.
What an absolutely, fantastic, amazing place adorable tots is. From our first visit, were we looked around the beautiful showroom to the help and advise we received. We choose a complete pram package and a complete furniture package. The attention to every detail is second to none I’ve ever received before. To today when we collected our things. The owners take so much time showing you everything, we left knowing exactly how the pram fully functions with the different parts and the car base and seat was correctly installed. Adorable tots offer the whole baby experience from choice, advice, safety and great value. It really exceeds five stars for customer service
Bought our pram from here and have to say that the service has been 10/10 from showing us different prams to choosing and collecting it. The process couldn’t have been any smoother and they made sure we knew exactly how to use our travel system before taking it with us. Definitely recommend Adorable Tots for parents looking for decent prices.
This shop is hands-down the best baby shop around. We were looking for a pram that would best suit our needs and the staff were just incredibly helpful and well informed. We would recommend this over any of the other baby shops we visited John Lewis, mamas and Papas, online4baby as they had a fantastic range of modern prams and car seats and knew everything about each item. Brilliant service and price!
Brilliant service. Honestly could not thank Adorable tots enough! We’ve visited a good few times and each time they have been nothing but helpful. Being first time parents we was both clueless on prams, car seats etc. We’re now both confident on how to safely use everything we have purchased, thanks to the amazing staff!! From first going in and deciding what pram and car seat we wanted, they helped us and showed us how to use them safely and properly. They really do take the time to spend with you and go through everything and answer any questions you have! We originally should have been picking everything up in 2 weeks but asked to collect early and they accommodated with no issues. We’ve picked our pram system up today and again, perfect customer service. Gave us a refresher on how to use the pram, car seat and isofix properly and safely and installed the car seat and isofix for us too. They have always gone above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough. very happy customers xx
Outstanding customer service, with everything you need for your baby! We walked in not knowing a thing about prams but Conrad came to our rescue and talked us through everything ensuring we got the right travel system for us and our baby. On collection today we got shown how to work the pram/ car seat and all its features, this gave us great confidence with us about to be first time parents. Thank you Adorable Tots!
