Great I was served by Andy and assisted to install a bike rack to my car by his team other companies I had tried would not even open the box to see if it would fit. Would I  buy from them again 2 right and he even gave me a bicycle pump :-)

Poor customer service. States on website open until 4.pm on a Saturday. Drove to site arrived 2.pm all locked up nobody answering phone no answering machine. Won't be going again.

waited for a response and a call for 3 days, after being promised that my delivery could be on time had to go else where because of this, not how business should be done
