I like this store. Here you can always find a lot of products for creativity on a different topic and different tastes. Also a lot of goods on the theme of the upcoming holiday. I also found a lot of goods there to decorate and improve my home.
Purchased some great Xmas ornaments could of bought a lot more I was a bit spoilt for choice. The only negative would be the battery operated ornaments can be operated via mains adapter but this is sold separately much more economic than buying batteries. As I am disabled we took a break and had a lovely burger and cup of tea at the upstairs cafe accessible via the lift for people in a wheelchair or other disabilities. The staff was very helpful, parking for blue badge holders and a large parking area for other motorists a very pleasant shopping trip.
I used to have a positive review in range but recently... it just seems to be down. I've been there couple times now, and got items where the price had been displayed at one price and at the till it's been a different higher price. Loads of staff about but don't seem approachable... tried to call for one but them legs ran away quick.
Nice store with cafe and garden centre. Set over 2 floors with lift or stairs to upper level lift is often broken down though . Large range of products ranging from pens up to furniture at good prices. Purchased my suite from here and it seems really good, I had my doubts about the quality because it was so cheap!! Free parking. Toilets. In the middle of renovations at the moment.Halloween now in stock, also instore new podium with hundreds of items that you can order and pay for and have delivered to your door.
Visited the Rochdale store to purchase some Christmas garlands which we’re priced up at £12.99 at the till these scanned at £24.99 . Questioning this difference we were informed by a manager that Range employ agency evening staff who were responsible for the displays and that they had probably priced the garlands incorrectly, we have experienced this on more than one occasion at this store where stock is either not priced or priced incorrectly. The manager insisted that the error was with the agency staff and refused to honour the price on the items saying she didn’t have to and that she didn’t have time to check all the prices of stock, surely there would be a manager/ supervisor on hand to supervise the agency staff the garlands were all priced incorrectly not just the ones we selected. All together a very dissatisfied and disappointing visit to your store.
Great place to go for pritty much anything you're looking for, from household items, lighting, gardening, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. The car park got plenty of spaces. Got my first temporary job here.
Wide variety of xmas stuff and other home decor including garden centre. Still you have plenty more online. But good sized store.
As soon as my wife found out Halloween was in the store She couldn't get in fast enough. The re-fit is lovely and i have to say the Staff have worked really hard. As she wanted to buy other items but didn't know where to look they were so helpful. I noticed while she was looking at the Halloween stuff the girls on the shop floor where putting Christmas stuff out. Have to say they never stopped.Brilliant Store with everything you could possible need.
Great shop has lot's of lovely stuff too buy i like going there too look for new stuff too buy chocolate Christmas decorations some froozen foods
The Range used to be a great place to shop. I've bought many things there & shopped often, along with most of rochdale. The staff used to be brilliant. However, the last few times I've been, if I needed help there was nobody around to ask. The staff seem very scarce at the moment. They still have a great range of products at good competitive prices, so I won't stop shopping there, its just a shame there seem to be no staff around.
