Very rude assistant with ponytail wearing numerous poppy badges so clearly a good person but no customer care skills? No smile no please or thank yous, clearly doesn’t want to be there.
Don’t usually leave negative reviews but tired of wasting my time with this place. The coop shouldn’t have bothered and made more room for extra shelves. One star is being generous and agree with Chad on the reviews. Never seems to be open for a myriad of reasons and even when it is the service is beyond terrible. Once when it was open I was made to feel like the operator not being able to operate the label printer was my fault and was then told to come back later… later being when it had then closed early…
Essential Service. I started going to Adel Post Office because my own neighbourhood PO closed down. Now I go there because I choose to, as I find not only are the staff very friendly and efficient but also because I can always rely on my post reaching it's destination unlike others in our geographical area. It is a busy post office but the staff are experienced so work quickly and efficiently with a large dollop of great customer service on top. This is particularly in reference to Samantha, and Graham, who epitomise great customer service at this PO.
I lived in Adel for 20 years and looked forward to taking my parcels every time because of how lovely and warm and welcoming they are, especially the lady who works there , Samantha! I have moved away now and its what i miss the most!!!! the best post office ever!!!!
Rude staff, no manners, not helpful, never seems to be open. Asked if I could send a parcel for Wednesday delivery and was simply told 'No'.
Fantastic service! I have been going to Adel Post Office for years and even drive past another to go as I am always welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. When you have a lot of parcels to send when I have visited other post offices they frown at me but not at Adel Post Office!

rude staff at the post office especially the middle aged lady who has zero manners...no hello, no please ,no thank you, barks at customers to do this and that....its my local post office and next time she behaves like, this she will be told directly to quickly learn some manners as she is ,believe it or not, in a service industry.
Graham Dawson the postmaster is possibly the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met. Avoid this post office especially if you are BAME.
Please go somewhere else. Service is incredibly slow. You'd get served faster by a tortoise.
