Absolutely awful woman Kam from behind the post office counter accepted my parcels today. From looking at previous reviews I’m not the only one who thinks she needs to go on a customer service skills course. She was dismissive, rudely told me I had the QR codes all formatted wrong when thats just how they were emailed to me. Then proceeded to tell me that I had to stick the code I had printed off down with some more tape, and told me to use the tape behind me on the stand. I collected the receipts for the parcels I was sending back and then told me, to my complete surprise, you owe money for the tape you used! If I had known she was going to charge me £3 for a bit of tape I wouldn’t have used it! Go here as a last resort, I left feeling extremely irritated.
Highly efficient and professional, I had 3 different types of transactions and loads of mail, sorted ASAP ^_^
Always really helpful and friendly even when I'm posting loads of parcels! They also helped me to set up a drop & go account which has been amazing and saved me so much time. Absolutely my favourite post office to go to!!
Kam and Natasha went completely above and beyond the call of duty to help me with some passport renewals. If I could give more stars I would! Kam is always so helpful and kind. It’s a lovely family run Post Office.
There is not enough stars to rate these guys. Nothing is ever too much for Kam always goes the extra mile. I don’t even live in meanwood but after the service I first received I have been going now for over two years I won’t go anywhere else. All I can say is they are faultless.
Useless. The one time I posted something here it went and was never to be seen again. It was supposed to be first class recorded though God knows what it recorded as the tracking number told me nothing. Went back a week later and the bloke was useless and said the tracking number meant nothing to him. Tried to claim for my lost £37.00 and Royal Mail sent me 8 stamps through the post and that’s it. Deffo don’t recommend sending anything of any value here.
Such a friendly family I now go to this post office all the time instead of others ones I would visit. They sorted out my new passport for me and made the process really easy!
Kam is an absolute star. Nothing is too much trouble. Friendly, trustworthy and efficient this post office is the best for miles around.
Always very helpful despite being ridiculously busy. This post office could do with a few more staff members, but I don’t blame them, to be honest for wanting to have Le everything within a small team. Even if there’s a queue outside, you’re always served in a safe environment with respect. I find all members of staff very helpful and polite. Thanks for all your hard work. Avoid lunchtimes as it seems to be the busiest time of the day.
Horrible service from the woman behind the post office stand. So rude and so arrogant. I went to post a parcel and the attitude she gave me was awful. She just shouted a price in my face without explaining or asking anything. And then throw the parcel to her colleague ordering her to write the address again on a new plastic bag as she decided to put my parcel in this bag, which I didn't asked for and made me pay for it. So so so horrible is this woman. I have never had such a negative experience in post office before. I have to report to general post office. I can also see other people has the same experience. The owner need to have a word with her, this is impossible attitude in 21st century. Especially when I pay!!!
