If i could rate a 0 then I would. The woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. If only i was not with my little one she would of got back the same energy.
The young man at this outlet is very rude and arrogant.He would want you to spend more money than usual .
Used this post office today for first time. Despite the numerous negative reviews on here, I found both mr and mrs behind counter very polite despite being very busy. The wait outside in the cold was not great, but this is a busy small post office. Overall good service definitely recommend.

Absolutely frustrating when I experienced the young man and lady's miserable service, along with their rude posture and expression when serving a customer. I've been going here all time, it's always the same treatment and disregard of customer service. I don't know how this post office is still running. If only there was a non star rating option - I feel ashamed to be even giving "ONE" star. Never again.
Awful post office, they received my parcel logged it in to system and lost it within 3 days of having it. Told me I should collected earlier even tho they don't know where it is. Gone down hill since it was taken over/new staff Unhelpful- rude -unisterested I'd be very careful if you have anything of value being delivered
Always a speedy service. Even when there’s a queue, it quickly shortens, especially considering there is only two counters. Can usually get in after uni or work but wished they opened at 8 for when I’m gone all day. Also some generic postcards would be nice??
I have found the man that works there quite rude on more than one occasion. He also lacks customer service skills. I think giving them 1 star is way too generous. Also I went there with a parcel and asked the lady for a fragile sticker. She kindly stuck the sticker on my parcel then she threw it in the parcel sack behind her. I have since avoided this post office if I can.
Very helpful and fast service. I posted a parcel and they tried to help me as much as they can with lots of questions and options for the best outcome. I felt very comfortable and happy dealing with them. Thank you for the great customer experience.
