Visited for an evening meal with some friends to celebrate a birthday. The setting is perfect for a special occasion and the food is very good indeed. The mussels with chorizo and chilli in tomato sauce are fantastic!

Poor afternoon tea not worth the money. Pretty poor service had to ask young girl for everything including butter for the scones. The food didn't seem fresh. Went at Christmas time but there was very little Christmas atmosphere no Christmas decorations and we were sat in a dark dining room. Very large dining table for two people think they prefer groups. Very disappointing. Least I didn't pay for it, M&M you wasted your money!

Beautiful setting,unfortunately a group of us went for breakfast pre-booked on a Saturday morning after taking our orders we had to wait almost 45mins to be served .A long time when there's nothing complicated about cooking a breakfast.

Went for Mums 75th birthday Sunday lunch 25th june 2017. My two aunties had pork which there was two full plates of thick fat after cutting round the meat. Terrible for the prices charged. Beautiful place but unfortunately staff dishonest. Lost my fitbit here and it was witnessed being handed into staff...even described to me .I rang the day after being told" nothing was found or ganded in" .. Oh i beg to differ my mum stood next to the lady who handed it in. Disgraceful.
