Great facility and service. Visited to enroll my son in swimming lessons and walked out with 13 lessons free under TLC.nnReception very helpful, swimming coaches very good with kids and a quick assessment to enrol in the right class.
This leisure centre has the potential to be a lot better, it just speaks volumes when you walk into the gym and start sweating before you actually start your exercises. The whole place just requires some TLC and improvements, air-con being one of them.
Usually I would’ve given this a a 4 , but recently it’s gone to rubbish , everything’s dirty inside the changing areas , but the pool itself is good , for the past 2 days during holiday time I’ve been calling to confirm and checking time tables and I’ve rather been given false times resulting in me paying to get there and re arranging my day for them to say nothings on , and today I arrived at 11 for the family swim to a worker smiling, I approached and mentioned tlc cards for them to respond saying family swim isn’t today , floats is in a few hours its lane swimming now despite online saying otherwise . I understand sometimes things changed due to a variety of reasons but rather the online form needs updating/ a better system or people need to stick to what has been set as it isn’t fair on myself , children and other people I know this has happened to , especially when I’ve paid and planned around this .
One of best organised school car park in Telford.nI have no issues with school
