I can’t rate this lovely independent Family Opticians highly enough. Always get such a friendly, helpful and efficient service. Nothing is too much for Abdullah and his wife. They have helped get my son’s glasses fixed numerous times over the years. Often at the last minute and always offer value for money in terms of frames. It’s a win win!
Best doctor's I've had in a long while, experience with most of my other doctors bar Kingsthorpe medical centre has been ....reception staff rushed fairly rude and doctors the same, my partner came out of her doctors crying so many times at Lings because the doctors were so rude and put blame on her so often for genuine health problems....nnBut Abington Medical Centre is a breath of fresh air, staff are very helpful and doctors actually want to help and get you seen to asap whatever the issue, follow up appointments are good and reminders fantastic very organised. Very good practice.
If you have any mild symptoms or concerns you will be very swiftly dismissed with a brief online chat and basic recommendations provided which a child could probably come out with. Not the insight or care you would expect from a 'highly trained professional'nIf they don't expect your symptoms to be Cancer they don't care. To find a GP surgery that does is challenging but you can be sure to skip this one
I had a very positive and efficient service from the admin staff at the surgery. First of all I had a very quick response within 30 minutes of a request. Secondly I had trouble accessing my system online account so was given instructions on how to reset my password, when this did not work I had a call from the admin staff with another solution that worked. I am very grateful to the staff for going out of their way to help. Keep up the good and efficient work. Thank you.
I'm lost for words! If there more star nThe receptionist moved heaven and earth to get me medication sorted from the pharmacist that's another story. Superb service from Abington medical centre staff, on reception, even phoning different pharmacist to get my medication. I know it was a pharmacist issue, not GP receptionist issue. I had run out of medication and offer my biggest credit and thanks for sorting for me.nBrilliant absolute brilliant
