Reviews
These doctors have done a fair share of trying to help but the problem is they tend to think they know everything but they don't. The amount of times I could say it's been medical negligence! Or misdiagnosing the problem.. These doctors need to listen to the patients more and stop thinking they know the right answer!

I have always been pleased with the treatment I've had from this surgery. As with everywhere in the NHS they will be under pressure but they do a good job.

I had booked an appointment to them & they told doctor will ring me to discuss my problem. Upon receiving the phonecall, it was not even the doctor who talked to me instead, a staff. The doctor didn't even checked up my foot & even gave me wrong prescription. The doctor offered to refund my money & checked my foot & I told him how painful I feel about my feet & I feel like there is something going on in it but doctor said it is just normal pain & just put ointment. In the end of the week, it turns out that I have a fracture & doctor should have sent me to X-ray. Tsk tsk!

Impossible to meet your GP in person. You can try to make appointment by calling or visiting reception only from 8 am to about 9 am in the morning, then a nurse will take all details or ask you to complete form, then will send you home and will call you back 2-3 hour later just to tell you what is GP diagnose base on information you have gave and that your prescription is ready to collect at reception or pharmacy. It's happening every time, they must have too many patients but not enough GPs. Once I've bought three prescribed medicines, paid about £8.60 for each but I felt that it's something wrong so I persisted at reception to see GP and got real appointment. GP got different diagnose after seeing me and advise me to take only one prescribed earlier medicine. Telephone diagnose can be risky and in my situation I've lost £17.20 on unnecessary medicines.
