A great experience from start to finish. A huge selection of samples in store to choose from, with plenty of help and advice to go with them. Quick, efficient, I do not have a single complaint. I thoroughly recommend this business for any flooring needs.
I am very happy with the carpets and the installation. Mohamed was really friendly and professional and cared about getting a good result.
Useless service, only one staff and few people waiting to be served waited for around 10 mins. Still not served, so decided to walk out. 02/12/2020
Absolutely lovely guys. Have used them for carpet as well as laminate and both times they worked quickly and finished to a great standard.
I would highly recommend Surplus City Carpets, the service was brilliant, the carpet high quality and the fitting excellent too.
Really good experience. The staff are very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. And, they have a vast range of carpet options available. Really pleased with our new carpets. Thank you.
