Abbott’s countrywide Bury St Edmunds maintenance team never phone back when you’re told they will. Don’t reply to emails. Have left me in the dark regarding the repayment of my deposit for over 40 days with no sign as to whether there are any deductions. Absolutely useless. I’d never rent through them again nor recommend anyone doing so. During my tenancy it took over 3 months to send someone to check on a leak. Took 36 days to repay my overpaid rent. I don’t have a good word to say. DONT RISK IT. There are much better estate agents!

Although it's reasonable to say that on the whole, Estate Agents don't have the greatest of reputations, Abbotts follow all the stereotypes by the book. Poor communication being their forte.

I would like to thank Holly, Chloe and Charlotte for for the excellent service they have provided for me. I had a bad experience with another agent and the Abbotts have turned that around by their customer service and finding the right tenant for me. I would highly recommend Abbotts to be your letting agent in Bury St Edmunds.

I found the team at Abbotts Countrywide Lettings extremely helpful, friendly staff who provide a professional service. The lettings team exceeded my expectations, finding a good quality tenant much quicker than anticipated. Thoroughly recommended!
