Not happy at all, be very very careful when renting from these people have just had £100 taken for tiny dent that "I DID NOT DO" OR COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE BY ANY ONE ELSE WHILST IN MY CARE. As I have said be very careful.

Avoid at all costs - unprofessional, charged for damage they won't provide evidence of and tried to refund us £100 less of our deposit.

We arranged to hire a car on the Friday and were only told once in the office that we would either have to return it before 12 Saturday to do same day inspection or leave it for them to do on Monday. We did the latter and they took a £400 deposit from our card. Monday came and went and no sign of our deposit and after much chasing we heard nothing from them until Thursday when they said there'd been a chip on the car and were taking money for this. To this day they have still provided no evidence of the chip which is highly suspicious (I said I'm more than happy to pay once Ive seen to evidence), and beyond that they returned £300 of our deposit and tried to make it out that we should leave them the extra £100 for the trouble caused (even though they'd already charged for the chip they can't provide proof of on top of this.) The manager was also rude on the phone and in email to me.
 In a nutshell, completely out of line and unprofessional - do not use.

" I was very impressed by the superior service levels of A3carrentals.  They collected me from Petersfield train station within 10 mins of us arriving from Heathrow Airport, drove us to their office to complete the paperwork.  We needed a reasonably seized automatic car, as they did not have one available, they provided a free upgrade to an Audi A3 Saloon.  Staff were very professional and friendly.  I would certainly be using A3carrentals again."
