I hired a car for two days to begin with. On our journey from London to Bordon the one year old Kia broke down and we had to come off the A3 to wait for rescue. Naturally disappointed I called the office and within minutes I had the owner of the business calling me back to say both RAC rescue and himself are on the way bringing us replacement car. We waited less than half hour before we were continuing our journey home in a brand new, upgraded car. They apologised and resolved the issue really fast. They clearly treated us with priority and sense or urgency which in such circumstances is crucial. I would highly recommend this service purely because they can be relied on. I will definitely use them again if I need to. Great customer service skills.

Quite good place but parking is an issue.  Next door Army base does allow cars sometimes but ask for precise limitations. The company make parking your problem.

 Excellent service from the guys at BVH.    I initially reserved a Luton online, but I put wrong email address by accident on the enquiry: It would have been better if they called me straight away when the email bounced....but I called them after a few days to update and they confirmed via email.   Very friendly over the phone.  Reservation was FREE, but I would actually prefer to pay a reservation fee online, as I still had a worry in back of my mind if a van would be kept for me.  Staff really friendly. Ashley did a great job  showing me around the van, explained everything and did a thorough inspection...this was emailed straight over which I thought was spot on.  Van was spotlessly clean    Key drop off out of hours was easy and felt secure.   Well done.

Requested a quote twice from the company and each time never bothered to reply. We went with another local company instead who were prompt with their replies and professional throughout. Therefore can't recommend.

I cannot praise the employees of this company enough, they gave me fantastic customer service, helped me deal with a concern I had for taking out an insurance policy on an additional driver and walked me through the entire process, quickly and effectively. The pricing was great and the vans were great! Thank you Dean and Clayton for your exceptional service. Next time I need to hire a vehicle, I shall be coming straight to BVH! Thanks again!

Couldnt fault them when i was down there going through the van ect and handover but my priblem came after trying to get my deposit back there policy is 5 to 7 days i believe but it took me a month of constantly ringing with them saying itll be done today for 2 weeks eventually got it back a month after renting the vehicle, being a returning customer i expected better will not be using these again

SUPERB! Great value, so much cheaper than other places. The vehicles are immaculate condition and a big range available. Customer service is outstanding, thanks guys. Definitely recommend!

I can't recommend these guys enough. They came through for me with about 5 minutes notice, completely pulled out all of the stops. Since then I have hired from them again also with an amazing service and very reasonable prices too. Highly recommended.
