Popped in yesterday and spoke to a lovely guy called Darren , he was so helpful said he’d speak to a landlord for us to try to get a viewing on an apartment for my son. He introduced us to his colleague Lucy who was also lovely who he said would look after us if he couldn’t get in touch with the landlord by close of play. He rang me back 5 mins after we left offered the viewing for the next day , unfortunately it was just outside our sons budget , I’d highly recommend Julie twist , the staff were brilliant !!!
Amazing customer service; they managed to sort our tenancy agreement while we were in a completely different country with limited telephone and email access. Mollie and Darren were brilliant throughout the entire process and so accommodating. I cannot recommend enough!

Paul has been amazing throughout my property purchase, he's always responded really quickly to any correspondence and has been so friendly and really felt on my side throughout the process which has been really reassuring in a complicated sale!
