Always found them helpful and efficient  , but I do not expect to use someones skill without paying for it as others seem to.

Fantastic support and wonderful service. We got our wedding rings from here during the pandemic and they were nothing but helpful!

We had our wedding rings engraved here. Great service, lovely staff.

Please check the price/cost before buying in this shop. Husband took a gents watch in to have a couple of links removed and a new battery in a ladies watch. Charged him £18!!

Put a ring in for resizing and a bracelet for repair was told a couple of days now 3 weeks later they keep asking me to call back.. avoid

Wouldn't go back!
