We held an event here for customers and we wanted somewhere local, Independent, with a private dining facility. 60 Hope Street delivered on all accounts. From the moment we arrived someone was looking after us and ensuring we were set up ok and had everything we needed. Throughout the evening our clients waited for nothing and we had great service. Food very well presented, tasted great arrived in timely manner. So a good. Our main host was Beth who seemed to always be one step ahead of us. Thank you for your efforts.

Went for a special occasion and completely let down. Food was mediocre at best but the service was shockingly poor. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. We're asked if we wanted water by 3 separate waiters, each course took forever to come and had to get up and go to till to ask for table to be cleared after being sat for over 30 minutes after main. Veg was burnt to a point it was inedible and Yorkshire puddings were burnt to a crisp. Have wanted to go for a long time based on reputation but definitely won't be going back

Food is normally great as is the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we went at Christmas time for a birthday meal and was placed by a large party. Was made to watch as the staff shouted out initials for every course somewhat defusing the ambience we were enjoying. Food was tasty but portion size, especially the scallop starter i had will leave you scrapping your plate for more. Although my wife mentioned it was a birthday meal on booking, there was no extra effort made by staff for a meal which cost North of £150.
