Large pub, owned by Isle of Man brewer, Okells. Very deep interior than stretches quite deeply into the building. Long bar along the right side, with a raised area to the rear. Good selection of cask ales on the bar. Numerous TV screens on which to follow football if that is your thing. Often lively.

Without doubt THE best pub in Liverpool, England, no, the world! If Cheers the bar has been reincarnated then this is it. Friendly, welcoming, comfortable, warm, best range of real ales/gins/cocktails you'll find and fantastic food. You'll be welcomed in like a long lost friend and won't want to leave.

Great service and gin! The guys behind the bar were really quick in getting everyone served and keeping the place very clean and tidy despite how heavily busy they were. A barrel ran out mid pint and they even took time to let one us get a seat and then come to find us and top up (and a wee bit) with a half. Highly recommended pub.

Spatious, aesthetically pleasing pub that has a wide range of beers on tap. Would want to go back to try their food.
