Six of us had dinner at 315. The restaurant is elegant and inviting. The menu is very good and everyone enjoyed their choice of food. The wine was lovely and the service excellent. Its quite pricey, but it is so lovely its worth it. Me and my husband are going to visit again soon. We really enjoyed our evening

Lovely Sunday lunch. Excellent service.Superb food in a sophisticated venue.
The best in the local area.
Veg cooked perfectly with crunch to fine beans. Starters/mains and desserts all wonderful.
Would like to come here every Sunday.

For what wants to consider itself a boutique hotel this place falls short.
A haphazard layout that is unnecessarily complicated and bizarre. Having to walk through the spa area to reach some of the rooms was confusing and invasive.
The bedrooms feel quite soulless and very catalogue decorated. 
The front of house staff are overly obnoxious with the manners of an archetypal french maitre de. They exhibit a distinct lack of warmth and humility very much like the hotel itself.
The waiting staff and house keeping staff are very professional and friendly and the food better than average.

Consistently good food. Lovely views from the conservatory.  Had the table for as long as we wanted. Will definitely return.

Very poor service after main course no one came to ask us if everything was okay and had to wait 45 minutes for our sweet.  Even when the bill was brought nothing was said about how was everything.  Our Daughter was considering having her wedding there but after today's experience we will be looking elsewhere 😕👎
