I am a real big lover of chinese and my other half and me have been to a few different all you can eats this was by far the worst. Not a mass selection of what you can get. Appetisers literally: vegetable spring rolls, prawn toast and won ton as well as 10 random soups (which don’t taste polite and are thick jelly like) Everything seemed very salty and dry, if you didn’t purchase a drink from the bar ( one you have to pay for) you have to pay 50p per glass of water. You have a time limit of 1 hour and 30 minuets but the staff would walk straight past you continuously even with your empty dish on the side of the table you would have to ask if you could order some more food. Not very polite service either. Would not go back

An excellent budget restaurant. It is an all you can eat menu but no-one I have seen goes silly about it. Food and drink is first class so if you want good food, beer and service I can't recommend it more. We were a party of 10 adults and 8 children and bill was just over £200 including drinks.

Sorry Royal City but your food leaves a lot to be desired. Went with family to celebrate my husband's Birthday. On arrival found restaurant to be quaint and pleasant atmosphere although a waitress had to be reminded she was working whilst she sat streatching in a chair. Ordered starters, sweet corn & chicken soup fine. Spring rolls not bad but a slight bitter taste of cabbage. Chicken satay, not on sticks but in a dish of sauce. Not sure what kind of chicken it was but it had a funny smell and taste almost like it had been washed with something., had to spit that out into a serviet so didn't risk ordering anything else with chicken. Beef curry and egg fried rice ok. Beef chow mein very oily. Crispy noodles strange just deep fried long noodles not what we expected. Don't cater for children they basically had chips and soft noodles. Ended up leaving place still hungry and £53 lighter. Not happy at all. Such a shame. Would have kept going back if it had been good.
